- ITI (Turner/Machinist) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 10 years in CNC Turning Programming.
- Experience in Aerospace & Defence manufacturing preferred.
SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of CNC Turning, Turn-Mill, Fanuc controls, tooling and precision machining.
- Valuable leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and optimise CNC programs for CNC Turning and Turn-Mill machines.
- Plan tooling, machining processes, and machine setups.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Troubleshoot machining issues and improve cycle times.
- Lead and support a team of CNC Turning Operators.
- Ensure quality, productivity, safety, and on-time delivery.
