We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented CFA Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory management, dispatch, transportation coordination, and distribution activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, timely deliveries, accurate stock records, and effective coordination between clients, warehouse staff, and transporters.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily CFA and warehouse operations efficiently.
- Supervise the receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, clients, and internal departments.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of consignments.
- Maintain proper records of inward and outward stock, invoices, delivery challans,



and other operational documents.
- Monitor vehicle placement, loading, unloading, and transportation schedules.
- Handle stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports using MS Excel.
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity and discipline.
- Control operational costs and improve efficiency in warehouse and transportation activities.
- Resolve client complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
