MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Job Responsibilities

- Visit construction sites, residential projects, builders, contractors, and potential customer locations.

- Meet customers and understand their requirements for home construction and tiles.

- Explain and promote different types of tiles, flooring solutions, and home construction products.

- Generate current leads through field visits, referrals, and local market activities.

- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

- Maintain good relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and customers.

- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.





- Prepare regular reports on site visits, leads, and customer follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduation.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable with field sales and frequent site visits.

- Basic knowledge of construction/tiles is an advantage.

- Should have a positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
