Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Description (JD)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations at our perfume manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will manage workforce planning, factory/production staff coordination, and talent acquisition tailored to the fragrance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Source and hire specialized talent, including perfume chemists, lab assistants, production operators, packaging staff, and sales professionals.

• Workforce & Shift Management: Manage attendance, shift rosters, and leave tracking for manufacturing and factory workers.

• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work culture, handle grievance redressal,



and maintain smooth communication between the management and floor staff.

• Onboarding & Training: Conduct joining formalities and coordinate safety and hygiene orientation programs specific to a chemical/cosmetic manufacturing setup.

• Payroll & Compliance: Oversee basic payroll processing and ensure compliance with standard labor laws and factory regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 3–5 years as an HR Generalist or Manager, preferably in Manufacturing, Cosmetics, FMCG, or Chemical industries.

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to manage both corporate staff and factory laborers.

• Good knowledge of core HR processes, onboarding, and attendance management software.
