The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospective clients in target sectors such as GCCs, technology companies, IT & ITES, BPOs, and large corporate workplaces. The Business Development Executive will conduct client meetings and presentations, understand client requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to propose suitable workplace dining solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing and nurturing key accounts, maintaining accurate sales records and CRM data, tracking performance against targets, and providing regular reports and market feedback to leadership. The role also requires attending industry events, networking with decision-makers, and supporting contract negotiations to drive sustainable revenue growth for WeCare.
