Job Purpose:- The employee will be

responsible to execute & complete the building repair projects in

given time line.

Ø Daily

timely work allocation to the Labors or LC.

Ø Raise

the material & manpower requirement for project execution to project

engineer

Ø Follow

up with HO/Supplier for timely material availability of sites.

Ø Ensure

that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the

specifications & quality standards of Zindus.

Ø Communicate





& update daily work completion report to Project Engineer /WP Group/Director

Ø Keep

Project Execution File & all project related documents updated daily

Ø Client

communication/ weekly client meeting on project Execution

Ø Timely

resolution/ escalation of complaints

Ø Ensure

100% adherence to safety measures & practices of Zindus Infra

Ø Take

timely measurement on the completion of stage & send it to HO to prepare

RA, Final Invoice & make Payment Follow-up

Ø Take

project completion letter & Completion from client,

Ø Take

feedback & testimonials (VDO/Letter)

Ø Take

references
