Job Description – Digital Marketing Executive (Real Estate – Flat Sales)Responsibilities:
- Generate quality leads for flat sales through Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
- Plan, run, and manage digital advertising campaigns.
- Target potential homebuyers based on location, budget, and customer interests.
- Monitor ad performance, lead quality, and cost per lead.
- Optimize campaigns to increase enquiries and flat bookings.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, site visits, and sales conversions.
- Prepare daily and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Coordinate the creation of ad creatives, images, and videos for property promotions.
Requirements: Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, real estate lead generation, and campaign optimization. Experience in generating leads for apartment and flat sales is preferred.
