1. Operations Head – Job DescriptionManage and oversee day-to-day operations across all client sites.
2. Lead and monitor Operations Managers, Area Officers, Supervisors, and site teams.
3. Ensure required manpower is deployed and maintain backup manpower for critical sites.
4. Conduct regular site visits, audits, and client meetings.
5. Handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution and service quality.
6. Monitor attendance, manpower shortages, discipline, and overall site performance.
7. Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
8. Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and manpower requirements.
9. Monitor client collections, site profitability, compliance, and operational costs.
10. Drive team performance, client retention, business growth, and achievement of operational targets.
