Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and send quotations to customers
Handle customer emails and provide support
Follow up on quotations and convert them into orders
Process purchase orders and coordinate with OEMs and suppliers
Prepare tax invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills
Coordinate material availability and delivery schedules
Provide order and shipment updates to customers
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, and Logistics teams
Maintain customer records and sales documentation
Coordinate packing, dispatch, and delivery
Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports
