Job Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

- Contact interested leads and explain SkillsPehle's courses, bundles, and training programs.
- Follow up with potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Help interested customers complete the registration and purchase process.
- Maintain lead records and follow up regularly to achieve sales targets.

Customer Support Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and other support channels.
- Guide customers regarding courses, training videos, account access, payments, and dashboard-related issues.
- Understand customer problems and provide clear, helpful solutions.
- Follow up on unresolved issues and coordinate with the relevant team when necessary.
- Maintain skilled communication and ensure a positive customer experience.




- Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Marathi communication skills are an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, email, and internet browsing.
- Patience, problem-solving ability, and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Confidence in speaking with customers and explaining products.
- Willingness to learn and work toward sales targets.

- Candidates who are comfortable working from the office and communicating with customers daily.
- Salary & BenefitsMonthly salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000, depending on skills and experience.
- Training and guidance will be provided.
- Performance-based incentives may be offered, if applicable.
