Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and organized Store In-Charge to manage inventory, maintain stock records, handle material inward and outward, and ensure the timely availability of materials for installation, service, and other operational requirements.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily store operations and maintain proper inventory records.
- Handle the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of material inward and outward transactions.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of required materials.
- Coordinate with the purchase, installation, service, and accounts departments.
- Maintain records of elevator parts, electrical components, tools, spare parts, and consumables.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and safety of materials.
- Track material issued to technicians and installation teams.
- Monitor damaged, defective,



and obsolete stock and report discrepancies to management.
- Ensure all materials are issued against approved requests and proper documentation.
- Maintain housekeeping and follow company store management procedures.
- Required Qualifications and SkillsGraduate or Diploma in a relevant field; candidates with relevant store management experience may also be considered.
- 2–5 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and inventory software.
- Solid organizational, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
- Experience handling engineering materials, elevator components, or electrical items will be preferred.
