We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Team Lead to manage a team of 40–50 calling executives focused on lead generation. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills, along with positive knowledge of MS Excel to track performance, monitor productivity, and achieve business targets.

• Handle and supervise a team of 40–50 telecalling executives.

• Monitor daily activities, attendance, productivity, and individual performance.

• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and guidance to team members.

• Motivate the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

• Track team productivity, target achievement, and lead generation metrics using MS Excel.

• Maintain MIS reports, trackers, and performance dashboards.

• Analyse data and share regular updates with management.

• Strong team-handling and leadership skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, including data tracking and report preparation.

• Strong target orientation and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage a large team in a fast-paced call centre environment.

• Candidates with prior experience handling large telecalling or lead-generation teams are preferred.
