Skilled in preparing Running Account (RA) bills, final bills, measurement sheets, and quantity take-offs as per drawings and site measurements. Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD, with a good understanding of civil construction activities, rate analysis, cost estimation, and project documentation. Experienced in coordinating with site engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure accurate billing and timely submission of bills.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare client RA bills and final bills based on actual site measurements.
- Verify subcontractor bills against BOQ quantities and completed site work.
- Prepare quantity take-offs from structural and architectural drawings.
- Maintain measurement sheets, BOQ records, and billing documentation.
- Check quantities of concrete, reinforcement steel, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for measurement verification.
- Track executed quantities and prepare monthly billing statements.
- Assist in rate analysis, variation claims, and reconciliation of quantities.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of bills.
