Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Machine Operator to assist the 3D Design Department with operating and maintaining machines used for producing 3D models, prototypes, samples, and finished components. The candidate will work closely with 3D designers to ensure that designs are produced accurately according to specifications and quality standards.

- Key Responsibilities: Operate machines used for 3D model production, prototyping, and manufacturing.
- Coordinate with 3D designers to understand drawings, designs, dimensions, and production requirements.
- Prepare machines, tools, materials, and workpieces before production.
- Load and process design files according to machine requirements.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure accuracy during production.
- Check finished models or components for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
- Perform basic machine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Report machine faults, material wastage, and production issues to the supervisor.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean working area.
- Maintain production records and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
