- Robust knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and desktop support.
- Experience with desktop/laptop hardware, peripherals and operating system installation.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and user access management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and other enterprise applications.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi and VPN.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management or equivalent.
- Knowledge of endpoint security, antivirus tools, patch management and software deployment.
- Experience supporting enterprise users and managing escalated L2 incidents.
