Job Title:

Expert Contributor ML Researchers & First Authors (Only PhD Candidates)

Employment Type: Freelancer

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

- Task Scope: Complete an open-ended survey consisting of approximately 10 questions per qualifying paper.
- Paper Limit: Each candidate may submit surveys for up to two qualifying papers (one paper per survey).
- Estimated Time: Approximately 60 minutes Average Handling Time (AHT) per survey.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Direct Experience: Hands-on machine learning experience.
- Education & Background: Advanced study or research experience in ML, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Ideal for PhD candidates, PhDs, postdocs, faculty, and research scientists.
- Publication Criteria: Must be the first author of a paper accepted to the main conference at ICML, NeurIPS,



or ICLR between 2024 and 2026.
- Workshop papers and co-authorships (including equal-contribution second authorship) do not qualify.

Quality & Compliance Standards:

- Responses must be complete, grounded, and based on the contributor's own research experience.
- Strictly no LLM usage is permitted.
- Exclude all unpublished research, confidential information, personal contact details, or sensitive personal data.
- Contributors must agree to share their name, paper citation, and survey responses with the client.
