Role & responsibilities

Led basic and detailed Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I;) engineering for EPC projects in mining, ports, power, and bulk material handling sectors.

- Engineered DCS, PLC, SCADA, and HMI architectures, including I/O engineering, control strategies, and industrial communication networks.
- Developed and reviewed key engineering deliverables such as P&IDs;, Instrument Index, I/O List, Signal Exchange Philosophy, Load List, Cable Schedules, and control documentation.
- Designed process interlocks, cause-and-effect matrices, alarm/trip philosophies, and control logic to ensure protected and reliable plant operation.
- Executed engineering calculations for UPS systems, battery banks, and associated auxiliary power systems.
- Managed technical coordination with clients, consultants, licensors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve engineering issues and obtain approvals.
- Applied expertise in Modbus TCP/IP, Profibus, HART, Foundation Fieldbus, and Ethernet/IP to deliver integrated automation solutions.




- Ensured timely project execution through effective engineering planning, crossfunctional collaboration, quality assurance, and technical leadership.
- Performed instrument selection, technical specification development, material requisitions, bid evaluations, and vendor document reviews for control systems and field instrumentation.
- Led instrumentation engineering for bulk material handling systems including conveyors, wagon tipplers, stacker reclaimers, crushers, paddle feeders, and related.
