Role & responsibilities
1. Core module expertise: Hands-on functional knowledge in at least two modules, such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, or QM, including the ability to read and validate configuration rather than only execute scripts.
2. End-to-end process knowledge: Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and Plan-to-Produce, including cross-module touchpoints and period-end close.
3. ECC to S/4HANA transition knowledge: Understanding of key conversion changes, including Business Partner, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), current asset accounting, and MATDOC. Brownfield, greenfield, and RISE with SAP exposure are preferred.
4. Fiori and integration awareness: Functional familiarity with Fiori apps and roles, as well as interfaces to SAP and non-SAP systems, including IDocs, OData/APIs, and SAP Integration Suite.
5. Adjacent SAP solutions (good to have): Exposure to SuccessFactors, Ariba, IBP, or Concur.
