### Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Recruiter to support temporary staffing requirements. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates through field visits, local networking, walk-in drives, and other recruitment channels to fulfil client hiring requirements.

### Key Responsibilities

* Conduct field visits to source candidates for temporary staffing requirements.

* Arrange and manage walk-in interviews and recruitment drives.

* Source candidates through local contacts, referrals, job fairs, and community networks.

* Explain job roles, salary, working hours, and employment conditions to candidates.

* Screen candidates and verify their basic eligibility.

* Coordinate interviews and follow up with selected candidates until joining.

* Support candidate documentation and onboarding formalities.





* Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

* Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.

* Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies.

*Hiring profiles likes- Picker, Packer, Loader, It Operator, CCTV Operators Supervisors, Captain, Putter, Team Leader

### Required Skills

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Willingness to travel locally for recruitment activities.

* Strong candidate sourcing and follow-up skills.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Ability to manage multiple candidates and recruitment activities.

### Eligibility

* Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate preferred.

* Must be comfortable with fieldwork and local travel.

### Key Requirements

* Knowledge of local areas and candidate markets is an advantage.

* Travel allowance can be provided as per company policy.
