- Prepare drink orders accurately and efficiently according to customer requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including inventory management and stock rotation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving beverages promptly.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, local laws, and regulations regarding alcohol sales and service.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-7 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist in a similar role (hotel industry preferred).
- B.Tech degree from a recognized university (Computers or equivalent).
- Solid knowledge of various types of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
