Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of quality engineers to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in gear manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement effective corrective actions to address non-conformities found during audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product design, material selection, and production planning.
Job Requirements :
- 3-12 years of experience in Gear manufacturing industry.
- Robust knowledge of gear manufacturing processes, including machining, heat treatment.
- Proven track record in implementing ISO/TS16949:2009 and other quality management systems.
