Position: PMO Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a PMO Lead to strengthen project governance, Agile delivery practices, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The role involves working closely with delivery leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to improve project predictability, governance, compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day PMO operations, including compliance, governance, and delivery monitoring.
- Establish and streamline enterprise-wide project delivery frameworks, controls, and performance metrics, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
- Independently validate project commitments and strengthen delivery predictability.
- Define and monitor governance standards related to Master Services Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), and delivery processes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and technology teams to drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Drive PMO digital transformation by automating governance, reporting, and compliance processes.




- Explore opportunities to leverage AI, data analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance PMO effectiveness.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) and postgraduate qualification in Business Management (MBA/PGDM) from a reputed B-school.
- 5+ years of prior IT experience.
- At least 2 years of Project Management experience and 2 years of Digital Transformation experience.
- Strong Agile Project Management and PMO governance experience.
- Excellent written communication, verbal communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Stable employment history with reasonable tenure across previous organizations.
