Role & responsibilities
- Develop and modify garment patterns as per design specifications and measurement charts.
- Handle pattern grading, marker making, and fabric consumption optimization.
- Use CAD software such as Tukatech (TUKAcad), Optitex, or similar software for digital pattern development.
- Conduct fit analysis and make necessary pattern corrections.
- Coordinate with sampling and production teams to ensure accurate patterns and smooth production.
Preferred candidate profile
- Relevant experience as a Pattern Master in the garments industry.
- Practical knowledge of garment pattern making, grading, and marker planning.
- Hands-on experience with Tukatech, Optitex, or similar CAD software is essential.
- Knowledge of garment construction, fitting, and size specifications.
- Relevant qualification in Garment Technology, Fashion Technology, or a related field is preferred.
