01. Ensures effective utilization of warehouse areas and observes proper loading, unloading stocking and protected keeping of items to maintain the quality of raw material and Finished goods.
02. Coordinates with the purchasing department with regards to incoming deliveries of raw materials and supplies.
03. Cross verifying the inward and outward process and documentation.
04. Ensures accuracy of product inventories against system records by conducting cycle counts on a periodic basis following appropriate guidelines released by accounting and audit departments.
05. Immediately resolves inventory discrepancies in coordination with accounting department. Analyzes inventory variances per cycle count and provides immediate solution to significantly reduce the variance.
06. Ensure a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
07. Coordinates with the manufacturing and traffic departments with regards to transfer and dispatch of finished goods.
08. Monitoring Dispatches and ensuring Material Handling & Dispatch Planning.
09. Determine product handling and storage requirements to develop free flow of warehouse operations system.
10. Effectively monitors flow of goods and implements FIFO (First-In First-Out) method in the use of packing, raw, chemical and of finished goods.
11. SOPs, Formats preparation and implementation.

14. Responsible for store and Logistics inventory auditing and physical stock verification
15. Bin cards management system implementation and monitoring.
16. To ensure and follow SAP-WM Module Adherence 100 % as per the SAP implementation of stores and logistics.
17. To identify the team strength and weakness working for stores and logistics department and provide proper guidance to increase their skills and utilizing for the benefit of the organization.
18. Monthly physical inventory verification and other audits and self-validating with the team to maintain zero variation at Stores and Logistics.
19. Yearly E&Y; audit preparation and aim for zero variation.
20. Material tracking after shipping from the facility and ensure the delivery should reach on time to the destination with good condition.
21. To ensure always not to work for the audit and before audit only verification and write-off tracking place need to come out from the situation to ensure stores team to be ready and to get feel like anytime team is ready for any type of audit either internal team or external team.
22. Obtain internal customer rating monthly and improve the rating based on the feedback.
23. Ensure to deliver the goods based on TR for internal user departments and issue the material as per Store SOP.
24. Entrusted with the responsibility of approving Purchase Requisitions in SAP.
