We are currently hiring for the position of Pricing & Customer Service at our Ahmedabad -Navrangpura, office.

Position: Executive / Senior Executive Pricing & Customer Service ( Exports)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle pricing and freight quotations.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, NVOCCs, overseas agents, and customers.
- Manage customer enquiries, bookings, shipment updates, and follow-ups.
- Negotiate freight rates and ensure timely quotation submission.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve service-related issues.
- SI filling, VGM, FORM 13, BL Draft.
- Shipment Tracking.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate with relevant experience i
- Valuable knowledge of ocean freight, export procedures.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
