Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Annotation & Labeling :

● Accurately annotate and label datasets, including text, images, audio, and videos.

● Follow predefined guidelines to categorize and tag data for AI/ML model training.

● Ensure consistency and quality in annotations to maintain high data integrity.

2.Quality Control & Process Improvement :

● Review and validate annotations to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

● Provide feedback on annotation tools and guidelines to improve processes.

● Identify patterns in data that may impact AI/ML model performance.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Solid attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.

Basic understanding of data processing concepts (preferred but not required).

Proficiency in using annotation tools and software (preferred but not required).

Understanding of medical procedures/ Lab reports / Hospital tariffs & Billing - preferred Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or BSc or MSc or Nursing is compulsory. ● Prior experience in data annotation, data entry, or a similar role in medical industry is preferred
