Rudra Research and Analytics is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Manager to manage recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR functions.

Roles and Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Work closely with management to fulfil hiring requirements.

HR Operations

- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll.
- Support HR policies, compliance, and performance management.

Employee Relations & Engagement

- Handle employee queries and grievances.




- Organize employee engagement and retention activities.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
- Support employee satisfaction and organizational development.
- Required SkillsStrong experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid leadership, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
- EligibilityBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 4–6 years of relevant HR experience.
