Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Executive to generate and qualify leads and convert prospects into customers for home plans and house construction services.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate, qualify, and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home plans/services.
- Explain pricing, features, and customization options.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and service teams for smooth execution.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Maintain lead/customer records and prepare Excel-based reports.
- RequirementsAny Bachelor's Degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Pre-Sales, or Customer Support.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of real estate, architecture, home planning, or construction is a plus.
