Role Overview

Service Yantra is hiring experienced, hands-on Multi-Skilled Technicians (MST) to join our field Operations & Maintenance team. In this role, you will execute scheduled preventive maintenance visits and rapid reactive repairs across assigned enterprise client sites. You will work across multiple technical categories—including Electrical, BMS, Power Backup, Civil, and Renewables—while using the One Field mobile app to log checklists, capture photo evidence, and close work orders within strict SLAs.

Key Responsibilities (By Category)

Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) & Platform Compliance

1.⁠ ⁠Execute internal and external site/plant maintenance and installations as required across assigned enterprise locations.

2.⁠ ⁠Perform scheduled routine preventive maintenance following Service Yantra SOPs and digital checklists.

3.⁠ ⁠Respond to reactive breakdown tickets within SLA timelines, diagnose root causes, and document all interventions with before-and-after photo evidence via the mobile app.

Building / Battery Management Systems (BMS)

1.⁠ ⁠Monitor, inspect, and maintain BMS strings and associated system hardware across client facilities.

2.⁠ ⁠Perform comprehensive BMS connection troubleshooting to resolve communication or operational faults.

3.⁠ ⁠Conduct routine battery analysis and system health diagnostics.

Electrical & Power Backup Systems

1.⁠ ⁠Execute general electrical maintenance, internal and external wiring repairs, and equipment servicing.





2.⁠ ⁠Operate and maintain Diesel Generators (DG) to ensure uninterrupted power backup.

3.⁠ ⁠Manage and troubleshoot Battery (BT) banks, handle BT backup systems, and monitor load variations from BT banks.

4.⁠ ⁠Maintain charge-discharge station electrical equipment and perform potential-load calibration checks.

Civil, Mechanical & General Facility Upkeep

1.⁠ ⁠Plumbing: Inspect, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures.

2.⁠ ⁠Carpentry: Handle repairs and maintenance of doors, windows, locks, workstations, and wooden fixtures.

3.⁠ ⁠Fabrication & Fixtures: Execute structural fixture setups, including grill installations and general hardware mounting.

Renewable Energy & EV Infrastructure

1.⁠ ⁠Assist in the installation, maintenance, and technical support of solar panels and renewable energy power utilities.

2.⁠ ⁠Provide technical maintenance and troubleshooting support for 2-wheeler and 3-wheeler Electric Vehicle (EV) systems and charging units.

Electronics, Hardware & Communication Support

1.⁠ ⁠Provide technical support for internal and external communication systems and site hard drives.

2.⁠ ⁠Perform troubleshooting of OS, Camera, hard-drives.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills Required

1.⁠ ⁠Education: ITI in an equivalent technical field or a recognized Technical Diploma.

2.⁠ ⁠Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working as an MST in a Maintenance Department.

3.⁠ ⁠Core Technical Skill: Proven experience as an MST with robust knowledge of BMS troubleshooting and O&M; protocols.

4.⁠ ⁠Multi-Category Proficiency: Practical ability to independently handle electrical systems, DG sets, battery banks, plumbing, carpentry, and electronic board repairs.

5.⁠ ⁠Tech-Savvy & Field Ready: Comfortable using a smartphone app to receive dispatches, follow digital checklists, and upload work-completion photos. Possessing a valid driving license for site-to-site travel is preferred.
