- Communicate professionally with customers and understand their payment-related concerns.
- Negotiate repayment commitments and track Promise-to-Pay (PTP) commitments.
- Follow up on missed payments and maintain regular customer contact.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Update customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection status in the system.
- Follow company policies, applicable RBI guidelines, Fair Practices Code (FPC), and ethical collection practices.
