WE ARE HIRING Interior Designer for Luxury Decorative Hardware Experience Centre

We are looking for a creative, technically proficient, and client-oriented Interior Designer to join our luxury decorative hardware showroom. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design concepts, technical drawings, and product applications, along with the ability to communicate design ideas and technical specifications effectively to architects, interior designers, and clients.

- Key Responsibilities Mood Boards & Design Presentations: Create aesthetic mood boards, product selections, material palettes, and professional presentations tailored to client requirements and project concepts.
- Technical Drawing Interpretation: Read and understand AutoCAD drawings, architectural layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed technical drawings.
- Product Knowledge & Technical Explanation: Develop a thorough understanding of luxury decorative hardware, its applications, dimensions, finishes, specifications, installation requirements, and compatibility with different materials.
- Client Interaction: Engage confidently with clients, architects, interior designers, and consultants to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Presentation & Documentation: Prepare product presentations, quotations, proposals, product schedules, and other project-related documents using MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Design Coordination: Assist in selecting appropriate hardware and finishes in accordance with the overall design intent and project specifications.




- Project Follow-up: Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely sharing of technical information, product details, and project requirements.
- Showroom Experience: Maintain high standards of product presentation and contribute to a refined, professional experience for every visitor.
- Candidate Requirements Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Positive understanding of AutoCAD drawings and technical detailing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to create visually appealing mood boards and well-structured presentations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical details in a clear and confident manner.
- A keen eye for detail, materials, finishes, proportions, and contemporary design aesthetics.
- Professional demeanour, a pleasing personality, and a client-focused approach.
- Willingness to learn about premium international hardware brands, their product ranges, and technical applications.

Preferred: Experience in interior design, architectural products, luxury interiors, decorative hardware, or a premium showroom environment.
