Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data, prepare reports, maintain databases, and provide accurate and timely information to management. The ideal candidate should have strong MS Excel skills, positive analytical abilities, and the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.

- Key Responsibilities Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and various departments.
- Collect, compile, validate, and analyze data from different sources.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
- Create dashboards, performance reports, and data summaries.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight deviations or discrepancies.
- Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and conditional formatting.
- Automate repetitive reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect data and ensure timely reporting.
- Verify data accuracy and maintain data confidentiality.




- Support management with ad hoc reports and data analysis as required.
- Required Skills and Qualifications Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and spreadsheet management.
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and maintaining databases.
- Knowledge of Pivot Tables, lookup formulas, charts, and data validation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
- Preferred Experience 1–3 years of experience in MIS reporting, data management, or business operations.
- Experience handling large datasets and preparing management dashboards.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or other business reporting systems is an added advantage.
