We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our products and services, handling inquiries, and generating leads/sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on incoming leads.
• Explain company products, machinery, and services clearly to prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them with suitable solutions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and schedule meetings/visits when required.
• Maintain daily call logs, lead updates, and reports.
Requirements:
• Valuable verbal communication skills in Telugu (thoda English/Hindi is an added advantage).
• Positive attitude and polite phone etiquette.
• Fresher or 6 months to 1 year of telecalling/sales experience.
• Basic knowledge of computer and smartp
hone usage.
