Job Brief

We are seeking a results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate and oversee our daily logistics activities. In this role, you will lead a team of warehouse associates, optimize space utilization, ensure order precision, and enforce a strict culture of workplace safety. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment and handle changing operational priorities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

? Daily Operations & Order Fulfillment

- Oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate receiving, loading, put-away, picking, and dispatching processes.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction through timely deliveries.
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness to maximize space efficiency and eliminate environmental hazards.

? Team Leadership & Performance Management

- Assign daily tasks,



schedule shifts, and delegate workloads to warehouse associates based on priority
- rain and onboard current hires on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and standard equipment operation.
- Monitor employee performance, provide regular feedback, and coach workers to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

? Inventory Control & System Management

- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track stock movements, update digital records, and maintain data accuracy.
- Lead routine inventory audits and cycle counts, investigating and reconciling any stock discrepancies.
- Compile and present daily activity reports, incident logs, and operational metric summaries to senior management.
