This job requires person to be able to manage restaurant operations and business operations on day to day basis.
1. Managing stores sales
2. Managing franchise network
3. Managing and streamline the entire chain of restaurants operations, including but not limited to staff training, inventory management, store operations, vendor management, warehouse management.
4. Should be able to lead the team and help them grow and learn
5. Person will be responsible for sales, training, store hygiene, SOP and operations.
6. Person will be responsible for developing current vendors and managing existing vendors.
7. Managing the inventory at warehouse and store level.
