Field Sales Executive – iProcXCompany: iProcX, a manufacturer and supplier of laboratory equipment and a GeM-registered OEM

Location: Delhi NCR (field role)

Reports to: Founder / Sales Head

Type: Full-time

About the role: You will generate leads and close sales of iProcX laboratory equipment to hospitals, diagnostic labs, research institutes, pharma and biotech companies, and government and institutional buyers.

- Key productsUltra Low Temperature (ULT) freezers
- Biosafety cabinets
- Incubator shakers
- CO2 incubators
- Other lab equipment
- Responsibilities: Visit labs, hospitals, colleges, research institutes and companies to find and develop new customers
- Present products, give demos and explain specifications
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, and negotiate to close orders
- Track government and institutional tenders and support GeM bidding with the team
- Coordinate with the service team on delivery, installation and after-sales support
- Maintain a customer database and update daily visit and lead reports




- Build long-term relationships and generate repeat orders and referrals
- Achieve monthly visit, lead and sales targets
- Requirements1–4 years of field sales experience; lab equipment, medical devices or scientific instruments preferred
- Graduate; a B.Sc., biotech, biomedical or engineering background is a plus
- Positive communication in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with field travel across Delhi NCR; own two-wheeler preferred
- Basic skills in MS Office, email and WhatsApp for quotations and follow-ups
- Self-motivated, target-driven and well organised
- Good to haveExisting contacts with lab buyers and procurement departments
- Knowledge of GeM and tender procedures
