Role overviewThe Accounts Executive owns day-to-day accounting across our brands — bookkeeping, marketplace and payment-gateway reconciliations, GST and TDS compliance, payables, receivables, banking and monthly MIS. You will work closely with our CA, the e-commerce team and operations to keep every channel's numbers clean and every filing on time. We expect you to use AI tools and spreadsheet automation to speed up reconciliations, data clean-up and report preparation.

Key responsibilities• Bookkeeping: Record day-to-day transactions — sales, purchases, expenses and journal entries — in Tally Prime / Zoho Books, accurately and on time.

• E-commerce reconciliations:



Reconcile marketplace settlement reports (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, quick commerce) and payment-gateway payouts against orders, returns, commissions and TCS/TDS deductions.

• GST compliance: Prepare data for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, reconcile input credit against GSTR-2B, and handle e-invoicing and e-way bills in coordination with our CA.

• TDS: Handle TDS deduction, challan payments and quarterly return support.

• Payables & receivables: Process vendor invoices and payment schedules, follow up on receivables and maintain ageing reports.

• Banking: Perform bank reconciliations, process payments and manage petty cash.

• Inventory & costing support: Coordinate with operations on stock records and COGS entries across brands.

• Payroll support: Prepare salary inputs and coordinate PF, ESI and PT compliance.

• MIS & reporting: Prepare monthly expense reports, channel-wise sales reconciliations and inputs for the P&L.;

• Audit & documentation: Maintain clean records and support statutory audit and CA/CS requirements.

• AI-enabled working: Use AI tools and spreadsheet automation to accelerate reconciliations, data clean-up and reporting.

Who we are looking for• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in accounting or finance.

• 1–3 years of hands-on accounting experience; e-commerce, D2C or FMCG exposure preferred.





• Working proficiency in Tally Prime or Zoho Books.

• Sound working knowledge of GST (returns, input credit) and TDS.

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills — pivot tables, lookups and large reconciliations.

• Accurate, organised and deadline-driven, with discretion in handling financial data.

• Comfortable using AI tools in daily work, or eager to learn fast.

• Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate; full time, in-office at Attibele.

Good to have• Experience reconciling Amazon / Flipkart settlement and payout reports.

• CA Inter, or pursuing CMA / CA.

• Exposure to payroll compliance (PF, ESI, PT) and MCA/ROC documentation.

• Familiarity with payment gateways (Razorpay or similar) and their settlement cycles.

• Prior work in a multi-brand or multi-entity setup.
