Dhyan Chess Academy is one of India's leading online chess academies, founded by Gujarat's first Woman International Master, Dhyani Dave. With a team of 60+ professionals, we serve students across India and over 20 countries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage ongoing recruitment and hiring requirements to meet the organization's staffing needs.
- Handle the complete recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, work efficiency, productivity, and discipline.
- Follow up with employees and department heads regarding performance, pending tasks, and workplace concerns.
- Maintain employee records, attendance reports, HR documentation, and other relevant data.
- Ensure employees follow company policies, rules, and procedures.
- Handle employee grievances and support the resolution of workplace issues.
- Manage employee onboarding, exit formalities, and other HR activities.
- Assist with administrative tasks and office coordination whenever required.

Requirements:





- Female candidates only.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or employee management is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in handling spreadsheets and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and handle employees professionally.
- Responsible, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of HR responsibilities.

Key Note:
