VantageNode LLP is a Noida-based sales and fundraising agency working with non-profits, real estate and other organisations. We are growing our team and are looking for an HR Recruiter to build and run our hiring pipeline, from campus drives to the final interview.

Role: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Bhutani Alphathum, Sector 90, Noida (on-site)

What you will do

- Reach out to college placement cells (email and phone) and schedule campus and virtual recruitment drives
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and campus channels
- Screen resumes and conduct first-round calls for our Impact Sales Executive role (sales and fundraising, target-based)
- Schedule and coordinate interview rounds, and keep candidates informed at every stage
- Maintain a tracker of colleges, candidates, interviews, offers and joinings
- Support onboarding: documents, offer letters and joining formalities




- Help track daily attendance and activity of the sales team

What we are looking for

- Graduate or postgraduate (MBA-HR, BBA, BA, Psychology or similar); 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (freshers with strong communication are welcome)
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English, written and spoken
- Organised and follow-up driven, comfortable making 30-40 calls a day
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Comfortable hiring for a target-driven sales role

Good to have: experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter or Internshala; experience hiring for sales or telecalling roles
