- Production Support: Monitor process parameters, assist machine operations, and help meet daily shift targets.
- Quality Control: Perform basic product sampling, visual inspections, and record-keeping to ensure conformity.
- Maintenance Assistance: Help with preventive maintenance checks, minor equipment upkeep, and reporting mechanical abnormalities.
- Safety & 5S Compliance: Follow Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) rules, workplace safety guidelines, and 5S housekeeping standards.
- ducation: Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production, or a related engineering discipline (or ITI/Certificate for specific technical tracks).
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of industrial experience
