E Drives is a growing EV startup that rents electric two-wheelers to delivery riders. We're building our operations team right now – join early and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

1. Rider & customer calls – Answer incoming calls and make follow-up calls to riders and customers daily

2. Enquiry management – Log every current enquiry with complete details and follow up until closed

3. Booking confirmation – Confirm booking status with customers and keep booking records updated

4. Payment follow-up – Track weekly rider payments and follow up politely but firmly on dues and overdue amounts

5. Service tickets – Raise service tickets for vehicle issues, coordinate with the service team, and update riders until resolved

6. Data & records – Maintain accurate daily records of calls, payments, bookings and tickets in Google Sheets / our system

Daily reporting – Share a short end-of-day update on dues collected, open tickets and new enquiries

8. Process improvement – Point out recurring problems and suggest better ways of working as we build our processes
