Job Responsibilities:
Develop farmer relationships and promote agricultural products and services.
Drive sales and business development in the assigned block.
Support Agro Kendra operations and customer service.
Conduct farmer meetings, field visits and promotional activities.
Monitor market trends, maintain records and submit regular reports.
Achieve assigned sales and farmer-engagement targets.
Eligibility:
B.Sc. Agriculture preferred; relevant qualifications may be considered.
Agri-input sales or agriculture experience is an advantage.
Good communication, interpersonal and fieldwork skills.
Knowledge of local agricultural markets is preferred.
