- Job ResponsibilitiesEdit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and other social media content.
- Create videos based on trending topics, current social media trends, and business requirements.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, music, and other visual elements.
- Develop creative video concepts and suggest new content ideas to grow the company's social media presence.
- Understand content requirements and convert scripts into engaging videos.
- Collaborate with the team on video scripts, hooks, storytelling, and promotional campaigns.
- Create promotional videos for courses, products, and the SkillsPehle brand.
- Maintain video quality and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, viral trends, and social media formats.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN, or similar software.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
- Creativity and the ability to develop engaging video concepts.




- Basic knowledge of storytelling, video hooks, captions, and audience engagement.
- Ability to follow instructions while also contributing original ideas.
- Good time management and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- A portfolio of edited videos or previous work.
- Experience creating promotional, educational, or social media videos.
- Basic content writing and scriptwriting skills.
- Knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools is an advantage.
