Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented senior accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, GST compliance, and account reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliances.

Manage bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer account reconciliation.

Prepare monthly financial statements, profit and loss reports, and balance sheets.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Monitor cash flow, expenses, and outstanding payments.

Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal departments.

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory returns.

Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.





Support internal and statutory audits and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

4–7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

Hands-on experience in Tally Prime or Tally ERP 9 is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally Prime, and MS Excel.

Experience with bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and ledger maintenance.

Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and time management.

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in manufacturing, trading, or warehouse-based businesses.

Knowledge of ERP or accounting software.

Ability to manage multiple accounting activities independently.
