Job Responsibilities:

✅ Contact customers for overdue loan repayments via calls and follow-ups

✅ Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment issues professionally

✅ Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets

✅ Update collection status and customer interactions in the system

✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines

✅ Maintain positive customer relationships while recovering outstanding dues

Requirements:

✔️ Experience in Payday Loan, Personal Loan, or BFSI Collections preferred

✔️ Strong negotiation and communication skills

✔️ Ability to handle delinquent accounts professionally

✔️ Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Tamil)

✔️ Basic computer knowledge
