Hiring: Accountant – Client Accounting & Bookkeeping

Job Location: Daryaganj, Delhi

Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping of clients of our CA firm. The candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting principles, Tally Prime, bank reconciliation, and ledger maintenance. The role is focused exclusively on regular accounting work and does not involve tax return filing or statutory compliance assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts for multiple clients.
- Record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries in Tally Prime or other accounting software.
- Maintain and reconcile bank accounts, cash books, ledgers, and vendor/customer accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve differences in account balances.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Prepare trial balances, ledgers,



and basic financial statements.
- Coordinate with clients to collect bank statements, invoices, bills, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain proper documentation and complete monthly accounting within deadlines.
- Report discrepancies and pending information to the senior accountant or partner.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 2–4 years of practical accounting experience, preferably in a CA firm.
- Hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliation.
- Ability to manage accounting for multiple clients independently.
- Valuable attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

Important Note

This position is exclusively for accounting and bookkeeping. Basic Knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other tax compliance work is required.

Preferred: Immediate joiner with experience handling multiple clients in a CA firm.
