Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive -TA to support the organization across talent acquisition, and employee relations, The role will work closely with business leaders and employees to deliver effective HR solutions, ensure a positive employee experience, and support the organization's people and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Good understanding of talent acquisition and manpower planning.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills..
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with HRMS/HR technology platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Employee documentation and reporting

Education

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
OR





MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- 4 to 6 years of relevant HR experience with exposure to end to end Talent Acquisition
- Stakeholder Management
- Experience in the Travel or Hospitality industry will be preferred.
- Exposure to Smart Recruiters or any ATS will be an advantage.
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder organization is preferred.
