We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to remotely oversee two restaurants in Sydney, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily operations from opening to closing.

* Monitor both restaurants through CCTV surveillance.

* Lead and coordinate with existing on-site managers.

* Supervise stock control, inventory and ordering.

* Monitor staff rostering, attendance and shift handovers.

* Oversee customer service, food quality and hygiene.

* Supervise marketing, Google reviews and customer feedback.

* Monitor sales, operational reports and staff performance.

* Ensure smooth operations, security and accountability.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

* Excellent computer skills and strong technical knowledge.

* Advanced proficiency in Google Drive, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and online management tools.

* Ability to manage digital records,



spreadsheets and operational reports.

* Solid organisational, communication and leadership skills.

* Restaurant or hospitality operations management experience preferred.

* Reliable computer, high-speed internet and professional home working setup.

Working Requirements:

* 8 hours of active computer-based work daily.

* Additional periodic monitoring during restaurant operating hours, including opening and closing.

* Availability for urgent operational issues during agreed coverage hours.

* Ability to work according to Australian business requirements.
