We are looking for a skilled TeamViewer Administrator with 5-10 years of IT Infrastructure and End User Computing experience to manage, administer, and support enterprise remote access solutions. The candidate will be responsible for TeamViewer deployment, configuration, security management, troubleshooting, user administration, and integration with enterprise IT environments. TeamViewer provides secure remote access, device management, and IT support capabilities across multiple platforms

Ideal Candidate:

- 5-10 years of overall IT Infrastructure / End User Computing experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in TeamViewer administration and support. [teamviewer.com], [apps.microsoft.com]
- Strong knowledge of remote access and remote support technologies.
- Experience with Windows Server Administration and Active Directory.
- Good understanding of networking concepts including:




- Experience in User Access Management and Security Administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with software deployment and endpoint management solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain remote access policies, user groups, roles, and permissions.
- Deploy, configure, and support TeamViewer clients across Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms.
- Manage unattended remote access for servers, desktops, and end-user devices.
- Monitor remote sessions and ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve remote connectivity, authentication, and performance-related issues.
- Perform software upgrades, patching, and version management activities.
- Generate reports, maintain audit logs, and support compliance requirements.
