Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the B2C market for window films.
- Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other industry professionals to increase project sales.
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve targets and expand market presence.
- Identify recent opportunities for residential projects and develop effective solutions using window film products.
Job Requirements :
- 4-13 years of experience in business development or related field (B2C).
- Strong understanding of the building materials industry, particularly windows & doors segment.
- Proven track record in developing successful business plans and executing them effectively.
- Excellent team handling skills with ability to manage a high-performing team.
